HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer complimentary standard shipping on U.S. orders over $180. For Orders under $180, a flat shipping fee of $15 applies.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are typically delivered within 5 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Will I have to pay duties or taxes?

All duties and taxes are included in our prices. We take care of customs, so there are no extra charges at checkout or on delivery.



What is your return policy?

We hope you love your purchase. If it is not quite right, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with no damage and all original tags attached. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we will refund the amount paid for the returned items to your original payment method, less a $15 return fee. No additional duty charges are deducted. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Please allow additional time for your payment provider to process the refund.

How do i start a return?

To arrange a return, email ONLINE@SABINAMUSAYEV.COM with your order number. We will send you a return form and shipping instructions. Please use the return address we provide and keep your tracking number.
