At SABINA MUSAYEV, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt.

- In order for SABINA MUSAYEV to accept a return, the item must be in like new condition, unless defective when sold. "Like new" means unworn, undamaged, unaltered, saleable and with all tickets attached.

- SABINA MUSAYEV reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in like new condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

- Certain items are not returnable, which are designated as Final Sale.

- We reserve the right to restrict or refuse future transactions or returns and exchanges from customers https://sabinamusayev.com/ with unreasonable return histories.

- SABINA MUSAYEV reserves the right to set limitations on the number of items that may be purchased in any order or series of orders. SABINA MUSAYEV reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, prohibit purchases and/or returns of products by resellers customers or bulk purchasers. Sales to individuals whom management believes are resellers or bulk purchasers are final sale (no exchange or return privileges will be granted).


How to make a return
Subject to the restrictions noted on this page with the packing slip shipped with your order.
Find your order number, pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your printed invoice when shipping it.

Please contact customer service and they will issue you a return form. The return form must be placed in a clear place, and in such a way that it will not be damaged. $15.00 return charge will be deducted from your refund.

As orders shipped from Israel to the United States may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, please note that these fees are not refundable through Sabina Musayev. You may be able to recover them by contacting U.S. Customs.
